  3. Serve the chicken over the salad, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano.

Avocado and Egg Toast (Prep time: 5 minutes)

  1. Toast whole-grain bread slices.
  2. Mash ripe avocados and spread on the toast.

  1. Blend fresh or frozen spinach with ripe mango chunks.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and a splash of almond milk for creaminess.
  3. Optionally, sweeten with honey and add a handful of ice.
