You can drink these shakes every day and takes you less than 5' to prepare.

Banana and Peanut Butter Shake (Prep time: 5 minutes)

  1. Blend a ripe banana, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and a splash of almond milk.
  2. Optionally, add honey for sweetness.

Berry Blast Protein Shake (Prep time: 4 minutes)
